DIRECTIONS / RECOMMENDATIONS

Capsules: 2 capsules with water or juice 3 times daily or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Liquids and Syrups: 1 teaspoon 2 times daily. 1 tablespoon every waking hour when advanced Immune Support is needed.
