To expedite ordering, please have the following information available; name, bill-to address, ship-to address, quantity and description of each item. Utah residents are required to apply sales tax on all orders. Tax ID and resale number are required for all wholesale accounts.
All orders are to be prepaid unless prior terms have been arranged. Your account will be on a “due upon receipt” basis until credit terms have been established. Western Botanicals accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All Checks or Money Orders should be made out to Western Botanicals. COD orders are subject to an additional charge.

Western Botanicals will make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Large orders and orders requiring private labeling will take longer. All domestic orders will be shipped in the most cost-effective manner unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders sent other than regular ground delivery are subject to increased shipping charges. Orders within the continental United States with totals of over $400.00 will be shipped ground UPS at no additional charge. If your order is in excess of $400.00 and you would like faster delivery service, you will be responsible for any charge above that of standard UPS ground service. Discounts are not applicable on non-current accounts.

International shipping is available and shipping charges will be added appropriately. We recommend sending all herbal products air as surface shipping may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Insurance is also advised. Please note that some countries may place restrictions on the importation of certain herbal products. Western Botanicals will provide reasonable shipping on all international orders.
We have adopted a “no minimums” policy on all of Western Botanicals manufactured products. However bulk herbs are subject to a 4 ounce minimum.
Discounts are available based on quantity line item ordering. Quantities of 12 or more of the same item will receive a 5% discount.
Contact customer service for additional discounts on orders in excess of 25 of the same item. Discounts are not applicable on non-current accounts.
Western Botanicals guarantees the quality of our product. We take pride in the products that we sell, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we promise to assist you until you are completely satisfied. We will be happy to issue a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. Please inspect the products upon delivery and note any damage that has occurred during shipping then call our friendly customer service department for a complete replacement or credit. If you choose to return a product call for authorization and we will send a call tag for the product to be shipped back to us.
To receive a full credit, product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied. After 60 days no returns will be accepted for credit.
Product with private labeling will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We want you to be as proud to display and sell the products that you receive from Western Botanicals as we are. Therefore, we are pleased to offer private labeling for all of the products that we manufacture or repackage. A small one time fee per line item product will be charged upon first time purchase. This fee covers the creation of the label wording and the storage within our computer system. Our private labeling consists of a full color label that we have created. We will apply your company’s name, address and phone number. If private labeling will include your artwork, additional charges may apply. Special handling charges may apply to orders not meeting private label minimum quantity requirements. Please contact customer service for further explanation.
We will be happy to custom blend liquid extracts to your specifications. Since custom blending is labor intensive, we require a minimum order per formula. Please note that additional time may be required to blend a formula. Some restrictions may apply. Call for pricing and additional information.
We will be happy to custom blend and encapsulate herbal formulations or singles to your specifications. Since custom encapsulations is labor intensive, we require a minimum order of 25,000 capsules, or 25 pounds of product (whichever is greater), for each product to be encapsulated.
