Tummy tea uses time tested, soothing goodness of these digestive herbs to aid in digestion and ease stomach discomfort. Our formula uses Cinnamon which stimulates digestion and eases nausea. Peppermint which, of course, assists digestion, eases nausea, relieves gas and is calming to the whole digestive system. Fennel is well known to improve digestion and is especially helpful with gas problems. Chamomile has a wonderful calming effect on the whole digestive system. Not only is Tummy tea a wonderful digestive aid, it is delicious!

2 tablespoons of dry herb in 32 oz. of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 2 to 4 hours, bring to slow boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain, allow tea to cool and drink. If stronger tea is desired an additional 1 tablespoon of dry herbs may be added to 32 oz. of pure water heat and serve.
